Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Domestic Shipping Policy


Shipment processing time:


All orders are processed within 7 business days. dispatch of shipment won't be available on Sunday or national holiday(May vary as per delivery partner's schedule)


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order :

We are providing free shipping facility for your order in domestic region.Our Product MRP includes shipping charges as well.



Shipment method:

Our Shipping Partners are  "SHIPROCKET" & "Delhivery"  you can check you shipping status by going through their website.



Delivery delays might you experience due to Covid Situation ships to addresses within the Indian Territories.

Shipment RTO - In case of shipment return back to seller any of the following reason then customer has to pay shipping charges as per actual again for initiating re-shipping of the same order.

Reason - 1) Not picking up call of delivery person

                2) Not available at provided address at the time of delivery

                3) Delivery will be attempted at same address 3 times in case nobody responds or not available at home/office address  ,package will be returned back to seller.

Note - No refund would be initiated for RTO(Return to order) orders



Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:


You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.




SakshamShop is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your product damaged, please contact us to file a replacement/refund.


Please make a package opening video,save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

There shall be no Return or Refund on Food Products

Return & Exchange Policy

You may return most of the items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item etc)

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to return shipper. However ,in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

If you need to return an item, please contact us at with your order number and details about the product you would like to return along with clear pictures of item and package opening video for a claim. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
